If Amy Neiman is your child's court appointed attorney...your in big trouble. All the bad stuff you read below and in other reviews are absolutely true. She does not care about reconciliation, families or common decency . What matters first is money ( she will ask you for income information and have you account frozen..You get to pay for her services!!!. What can you do??..1. don't trust her 2. make sure you have a good lawyer that wont be pushed around by Amy, don""t hire base on money. Find lawyer who has worked in that judges court. Not hard to find. 3. don't be afraid to speak up in court because she tend to quarterback the hearing. 4. prepare for the worse. What amazes me it that she had a wonderful opportunity to settle the matter after my daughter said she wanted to come home instead of in protective custody...and Amy told judge no. Last time i saw my daughter, it's been almost a year. more

I agree with etell. There is nothing positive in Neimans work. She is dishonest and causes more damage to families than when they came in. I am aware of some of the cases mentioned by etell and have even communicated with one whose experiences are similar to mine. \r Neiman does not put the child's best interest first. And right again, many of us are afraid to go public. \r Neiman is a walking talking nightmare.\r Our only comfort is that she will face God...and He is not intimidated by evil. more

This Susan is some old woman who was given some unexplainable benefits from Amy Neiman to put all kind of positive postings in behalf of Amy Neiman. There is nothing positive in Amy Neiman’s work. She hates normal parents (mothers and fathers with no difference), and she dislikes good looking and talented children. Believe it or not. Google cases of Tonya Pinkins, Damon Duval, Ivan Rubtsov. There are a lot more but they are too scared to go public. more

For the services that were being given, we recieved good information and had a good experience. Its very important that everyone involved in this type of matter do their own home work and provide the attorney with as much information as possible. I give my highest recommendation to Attorney Amy Neiman. She is a wonderful family law lawyer and was of great help to me in my divorce with my husband of 25 years. She is knowledgeable about the law, tough but fair on issues relating to division of community property and spousal supprt, and was compassionate and wise in dealing with child custody issues. Although I am unhappy about getting a divorce, I am satisfied with the result Ms. Neiman obtained for me, and it pleases me that my ex-husband resents her and thinks she walked all over his attorney. Her hourly rate is reasonable and she does not pad her bills. She was easy to reach on the telephone. I hope I never again have to litigate a family law issue, but if I did, I would immediately call Amy Neiman to help me. Also, her secretary is nice. more
