I parked at the Ampco lot and spent 20 minutes trying to find 1.) the number of the stall I was to pay and 2.) the meter to pay. I could not find either and even asked a couple and they said it was a monthly lot and the sign said after hours it was free. I came back after 30 minutes to a $70 ticket. I sent an appeal and got a very unprofessional response. I do not recommend giving these guys your business.
