Andrew came right when he said he would, provided helpful information about my furnace, and help me set up an appointment with an engineer.

Worst

We had an issue of the pilot light occasionally going out. American Vintage fixed that just fine, it seems, but now the thermostat does not seem to work. The furnace won't stay on...

furnace repair - goodman 1/22/2016

have been in the repair business before, told them about the problem, I did not want to do it. seems to be a common repair problem, failed solder joints on board connecting molex plug to board. the company and service tech were first class and pleasant. new boards go for 50. to 170. on the net, and the bill cross 400. in my opinion over paid for the service. can't recommend them. call a goodman site repair service, because I have had similar problems in the past. will learn from experiance more

Very nice and accomodating, but expensive for what I needed. 10/13/2015

American Vintage Home could come and look at my disposal the next business day, where other plumbers weren't that timely. The plumber that they sent was very prompt and nice. He gave me a wide estimate because he thought I might need to have the pipes moved to accommodate the new disposal. The estimate, though, seemed very high...about $600-900. In the end, I went with a different plumber and was charged only $350. For our needs, they were just too expensive, but I know others who have used them and loved them. more

Highly recommend this company 7/2/2015

American Vintage Home is the most professional heating/cooling company I've worked with. I own several properties and have used many companies in the past. They are not the most expensive, but also not the least, but you get what you pay for. They are always respectful of my house, which I probably appreciate the most. They always wear booties over their boots when they are in the house and on longer projects they clean up after themselves daily. They call when they are on their way and when they are running a little behind. This particular time the tech was Ronnie. He came for regular maintenance. He ended up finding a small broken pipe that he repaired right there. I ended up with very minimal water in a crawl space. This could have been disastrous down the road. He was professional and did a good job. I highly recommend this company. They actually care about customer service. more

American Vintage technicians are always on time and work carefully and efficiently inside and outside our home. more

Professional, reliable service every time 2/6/2015

American Vintage sent Lester to perform my annual plumbing inspection. Lester went over every plumbing fixture, faucet, handles, shower heads, drain in my house - everything! He was here for over 2 hours. Lester was incredibly thorough, very professional, and took me through the complete list of what he looked at and what he found, as well as providing me with the cost that would be entailed in correcting the couple of small problems he identified. Lester is representative of the very high caliber of professionals who are American Vintage Homes' staff. They are my go to company. I trust them. more

Frustrated 1/1/2015

We had an issue of the pilot light occasionally going out. American Vintage fixed that just fine, it seems, but now the thermostat does not seem to work. The furnace won't stay on for more than 1 minute even though the actual temp is far below the desired temp. This was not an issue before American Vintage came out to service our furnace. I will call them first thing in the morning to hopefully get this resolved. more

Great Customer Service!! 10/21/2014

We have used American Vintage Home to install space pack air conditioning, plumbing issues and routine service on our boiler/AC unit. They have done a great job an all accounts! Bob M- is an amazing technician! Not only did he do a great job and was very personable, but he also humored my 3 year old son who was following him around for an hour with a million questions! I would recommend asking for him!! more

Friendly service 9/17/2014

Van came for the annual AC system inspection. He explained some drainage issues and recommended cleaning. He was prompt, polite, and used shoe covers in the house. I have also used this company recently for sewer cleaning and also had a good experience. more
