I was referred to american tire depot by a friend cause I'm searching for a low price tires for the past few days. My tires were so bald that one of it already explode, i need to replace 4 of it, so i really need a place who can give me an affordable quote for tires and labor. To make the story short.. they gave me the lower price compared to other shops! I will definitely come back. more

I went to this place before lunch to have my tires replace and for an alignment, i left my car their then went out to have my lunch when I came back around 1pm they already done with my car! I also checked everything that i asked them to do.. all are properly executed! Nice job guys! more

DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES FROM THIS SHOP! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE---MANAGEMENT VERY DISRESPECTFUL!\r \r I went to this tire shop and spent about $900 on my tires 2 months ago, and now I'm encountering some problems. My tires can't seem to hold air pressure so I went back to American Tire Depot in Burbank to get them checked out. \r \r I went twice last week and they checked the pressure and put air in. Today I came back to let them know that the tire pressure is low again, and while Jose and Hector (two of the workers there were very friendly and accommodating), Ohan, the manager came out before they even had the chance to examine the tires and told me that the problem is not with the tires, but with the tire pressure monitoring system. He told me all of this without so much as looking at the tires. He also told me that I was "wasting their time" and that I should come back when my tire pressure monitoring system is fixed.
