Bring It In - Just bring your damaged iPad/iPhone to the customer Assistance Counter at American TV of Madison (West location only)

Give Some Info - Provide us with some information about your product and your contact information so we can let you know when your unit is repaired and ready for pickup.

Pick it up - After receiving notice that your repair is complete, return to the customer Assistance counter at American TV and pick up your repaired item.

Sun: 10am - 7pm

While every repair is unique, typical screen damage on a mobile device can be completed in one to two business days.

Typical iPhone Screen & LCD replacement = 1 business day

Typical iPad Screen & Digitizer replacement = 2 business days

More extensive damage to a device can require additional time to repair.

Most damaged devices can be repaired however there are some circumstances where a repair isn't cost effective or feasible. Major damage such as being run over by a car or severe distortion to the frame of the device makes these types of repairs impractical.
