American Spirits Waterproofing

I recently went to this website to find their phone number. I have used American Spirit forever. Not sure about the review from bunnythree but I would have my doubts to their review. I have referred and had the pleasure of using this company. Clean, neat, honest, hard working, quality, on time, go the extra mile. Usually when someone leaves a negitive response, they aren't being honest about everything that took place. Perhaps their backyard is not so perfect either. Anyway, if you need someone to do your plumbing, heating/cooling, boiler, they ARE the company to call. Thanks American Spirit for always taking care of business. Need a plumber? Find a real one! This one isn't it. Unless you don't really want the work done. Or if you want it take 10 times longer! They don't do what they say they will. A big waste of time and money. Need something fixed? Better know what the problem is and have the parts to replace. If they have to order one, they'll do that. But they'll never return to install it. When you call them for a service they hang up on you. \r They do nothing in a reasonable amount of time. They like to argue too. SO watch out. I can't say enough about this company but please DO NOT call them. You will get no satisfaction what so ever from them. Their business (so they call it) should be closed. I urge you call someone else!!!! I don't know how hlongtons backyard looks but they better check it. Our backyard looks great! If some writes a negative review they are usually being honest and wanting to let others know. It is a know fact that if you have a negative experience you will tell others Positive ones do not get told near as much. I can almost bet that hlongton is NOT being truthful, a friend of the company or a works for the company. I would definitely NOT recommmend this company to my worst enemy.
