Worst experience ever. 12/30/2011

I stepped inside this location for a couple of minutes, and was looking around. THE guy ignored me l, even though the store was empty. When I asked him about the price off the mattress he rudely stated that he doesn't want to answer my question. I asked him why, and he replied 'i don't do business with your kind'. Without any argument and not knowing why he treated me that way I stepped out off the store. I went to another place and spent my money. Somewhere not racist. i having nothing against their product, but id advise you to seek a different store. more

Two co-workers from a local family owned mattress company became disheartened after the business was sold to a major corporation.The family owned culture quickly disappeared. Treating customers and employees like family was replaced by big corporate policies. The two friends decided to strike out on their own and create a company with a locally owned culture of friendships and treating every customer like family. The sleep industry had changed over the past 30 years, but the American Mattress brand has never wavered from its original beginnings and remains a symbol for unmatched customer service and the highest quality product offerings.
