from the management on down, this company should be avoided...impossible to deal with and even more rediculous when it comes to service...make sure you do not call this company, especially if it is an insurance company that's involved...enough said !!!!!!!!!!!!! A 1 star rating is too high. I had this company come out, and the technician waved his magic wand in the general vicinity of my slableak, and knowing it was a possible insurance claim - but with no visible damage and so possibly not going to be processed - began to quote me ridiculous prices. He spent no more than 20 minutes "diagnosing" where the leak was supposed to be, but spent more time on trying to sell me on a a repair process that only they carried out......suspicious huh !??! Don't use them. Use Pinpoint Leak Detection instead. Their technician came out, stayed over 2 hours, did a thourough diagnosis, even marked the point of a leak with an "X" and marked the lines of the post tension rods inside the slab. That's a professional, honest company. Pros: No Pros whatsoever Cons: They will RIP YOU OFF more
