Please DO NOT go to this company. They are rude, unprofessional, and a scam!! They will trap you into thinking that you ""won"" money towards a package, when in all actuality everyone is set up to think this. I received high pressure sales and eventually caved. After agreeing to a package of $2000.00 and signing paperwork that wasn't even for the treatment they offered me, I started on my horrifying journey. I was told after the 2nd treatment I would start seeing results. After the 3rd treatment and no results, several burns and scars on my arms I decided to cancel this service. They ""claim"" that since they gave me such a great deal they will have to charge me individually for the treatments at the non-package price. NO WHERE IN THE PAPERS I SIGNED DOES IT STATE THIS! So they are trying to change me all but $14. Thanks for your generosity ALC. Anyway, I?m still fighting to get my money back. I have appealed twice with the financing company and will soon be contacting a lawyer and their legal department. This is unethical to charge me full price for services I didn't even finish, NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY RESULTS...NO RESULTS WHAT-SO-EVER!!! Someone should take this company out for hurting so many people. If ALC would have worked with me EVEN A LITTLE BIT I would not be here bashing their company...but to disrespect their CUSTOMERS in this way, that's just greedy and horrible service. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Trust me, try Lipo-dissolve at another company...at least it works! If you live in MN I suggest Crutchfield Dermatology. They are professional, kind, and actually tell you to only schedule 2 treatments. They then check to make sure the procedure is working for you so you don't throw away your money. They rock! I understand that I signed a paper saying that they don't give refunds but under these circumstances, I had no idea that I had to be burned to get the hair loss. That was not in the contract. I have pictures of the MULTIPLE burns, if anyone would like to see them. I do not want to have to take legal action and I am not asking for any pain and suffering compensation. I would just like my money back. I don't think that it too much to ask, especially when I will having scarring from this and who knows what other possible internal injuries (God forbid). I am a school teacher who just wanted to feel better about herself. I would have never even had this procedure done if I didn't ""win"" $300. Don't believe their FREE* consultations after thinking we won $300 worth of Laser Hair Removal(all win! They will try to pressure you as much as they can into purchasing multiple packages. Depending on the day you go the prices change by the hour. At the end of the month they have to meet their quota so the discounts will be steep. They want you to purchase a package or packages right there on the spot and they will find a way for it to be paid for with all the credit checks they do. If you unsure and want to leave then the price goes up (they don't want you to go home and doing your own research online about all the lawsuits and complaints that they get). I myself think that a few of the people who works there especially there main manager (not to mention any names D@nn@) are rude and pushy. There is one woman who works there who gets rarelygets any breaks or lunch time because they over book on purpose while the manager is making personal phone calls drinking iced coffees everytime I am there waiting 10-30 mins in the waiting room. These people have very limited training and are not doctors or medical assistants. There is no doctor on duty and since they are suppossedly so busy they tend to do pretty fast work. I have heard about burning and scarring and even though so far (thank God) I have not received any this company doesn't give refunds for any reason (I was never shown or told about this fine print when I was signing the pile of papers). I must say after all this I am going for treatments even though I am near my 6th treatment and I see almost NO sign of hair loss. Not to mention that you pay all this money and okay for two years you might be hair free but it still might grow back or hello it's a laser, could if cause harm to your body? There aren't any longterm studies that shows anything including longterm satisfied healthy customers.Don't let this happen to you. I am not happy that I was lied to and I do feel that this company is only out for your money. Pros: if it works and you don't get burned....hairloss for how long who know?
