I had custom bookshelf built, the sales man was very courteous and attentive to detail. What I liked most about the project was that he showed up to the installation too. It was very easy to communicate with them and any concerns that I had were addressed usually the next day instead of waiting for an opening like other companies. I would highly recomend them I wish I would have had my kitchen done by them too.
Pros: you get one person to work with you all through out the project
Cons: showed up late to the installation but it was a minior inconvenience
