I've been with AmFam for over 25 years but had been assigned to several agents due to retirements, transfers, etc. Although my then current agent had serviced me adequately, I wasn't happy with him. I called Kristin and asked if I could talk to her. She was courteous and knowledgeable and helped me resolve a number of issues with my policies. She also came to our home to review our policies and resolve some left over issues with my home insurance. We're very pleased with her and hope to be with her and American Family for many years to come.
