Julia Meeks treated my application with little regard and dismissed the assistance I needed in understanding the bonding and insurance process. I was put on hold, told she was out of the office,(while she was in the office) and in one E-mail, I asked her if she had a quote for me, she replied "NOT YET!" She also went ahead and sent me a bond premium with out ever going over the terms or the premiums. I would NOT recommend this branch.
