Was with an American Family insurance agent while living in Minnesota and was completely impressed by the customer service and care they showed me as their customer. All my siblings (4) have had awesome experiences with American Family and corporate is also extremely efficient and customer friendly for such a large company.
When I moved to GA, I choose Kristen Cassidy because her office was located close to where I was living. In the two years she was my agent, I was never happy with the service I received. Knowing I was moving out of the country was the only reason I did not change agents. The reply time to email is slow and often it seems like the assistant doesn't even pull your file before emailing you back. Received many short, rude emails. When I asked about changing my address to my sister's out of state address because I was going to be traveling too much outside of the country and she was going to be making the payments for me; I received an email asking if I was moving to GA and they couldn't cover a car not registered in GA yet-AFTER being with them for TWO YEARS in GA! They also did not let me know about a GA law that ended up getting me fined by the state of GA also. I do not recommend this agent!! Highly recommend AMERICAN FAMILY Though!!
