I been trying to cancel my policy for the last two months!! I keep getting charged. Horrible customer service nobody knows what they are doing there.

My name is Mike Neff. I just discovered this posting. I still own the Michael Neff Agency. Please be advised that as of June 5, 2005 I do not have a contract with nor do I represent American Family Insurance in any way. I regret that Renee N. had a problem getting her policy canceled. I can tell you that 100's of my former clients at American Family had similar problems after my departure. I now have an Independent Insurance Agency.
