This company should be ashamed of themselves, so quick to take my money after signing up with them but it took forever to cancel from it. Beware if you are planning to sign a contract with this deceitful company. Check the fine print and make sure that you opt for 12 months otherwise 48 months would be a default and highlighted so keep your eyes peeled. The reason I canceled because the service suck! Took forever to schedule a service call, left me 1 week with no alarm, talking about an emergency these people are unreliable. Also, A few incidents that my alarm was tripped and no one had called when I called Diane gave me the nastiest attitude like she’s doing me a favor, excuse me I’m a paying customer, Im the reason why you have a job! Get that to your head. Prior to this call, Pam took the call., she was huffing and puffing while talking to me and I can hear it from the background. Some nerve these people have. She transferred me to Dave and he explained and try to offer me a deal. But I’ve had it with this company. I can no longer deal with the nonchalant attitude they have towards incidents and emergencies. So much for being an alarm and security company. And this goes back and forth for more than 1 month and they even tried to charge because I still have 4 more months left in the contact, But I didn’t back down., they can sue me for all I care., I am done! With the technology now., you’re better off with installing a wireless alarm and sign up for just monitoring., that’s what I did and I couldn’t be happier. Plus THERES NO CONTRACT!
