Incompetent hairstylists, but great Aveda products - go elsewhere for services.

Pickup order 4/7/2011

My visit was pleasant. It took a few minutes to find the product I requested. Evidently it was returned to stock even though I had called to say I would be in that day or the next. But, it was just a little hiccup and did not ruin my visit. The staff person was friendly and helpful. more

Great Elemental Facial 4/5/2011

I hadn't been in for a facial in a while. My experience last Saturday was great. Julie is awesome. I felt very relaxed during the facial and once I left the spa I felt rejuvenated. more

Julie is wonderful. I had a bikini wax and she is so fast! Anyone who gets bikini waxes knowes that this is a fabulous quality!!! I've been looking for a waxer(?) in Fresno for a few years. Tried lots of different places. I'm sticking w Julie and Amenities :o) more

Excellent 3/30/2011

Rita and the assistant were awesome! I had a great first experience and will be going back. My hair feels great and this is the best haircut and style that I've had! Rita really gave me some great advice on how to take care of my hair and made my first experience a great one. I look and feel great! Can't wait to go back in 8 weeks for my cut and color. Everyone is always friendly and the staff always does an excellent job. I get my eyebrows done and usually call last minute and they can schedule me in. I have also got a major hair cut and it looked great. more

I went in on a referral from a coworker. I needed to find a stylist that could work with my crazy work hours. TJ was great! He highlighted my hair and gave me a cut. The best blonde I've had in a long time. I really like the text message appointment reminders. I plan to continue going to TJ at Amenities! more

Everyone is very friendly and very nice. Of course you must know what or ask how much the services are and what you will get. I have been going to Amenities for the last 4 months. They are always willing serve the customers will much attention. The person I have is super nice and has been doing a great job. more
