Job went well. Josh explained everything he was going to do and showed me everything he did when he finished. Cleaned everything up when he was done. Everything was professional, friendly and done in a timely manner. more

Air duct cleaning and sealing very affective 3/29/2017

We had our ductwork cleaned and sealed. The process was very affective in helping with evening out our temperatures in our rooms and keeping the dust down in our home. Amber has been our heating and cooling contractor for over 30 years. We are very happy with Amber and we will continue to recommend them to our friends and family! more

Jose and Jackie are fantastic and great assets to Amber! Jose is very smart and easy going to work. He came out to my home last winter when my furnace had issues. He explained everything and gave options and his recommendations. When my AC went out, I knew I needed to call Amber. Bill came out and provided me with a proposal. After the install, the airflow has dramatically improved. I am very, very pleased with everything. The help Jackie gave me was outstanding! She scheduled my estimate and filled out all my paperwork for rebates, warranties and financing options! She answered all my questions and was great at returning calls. She made it so easy for me where I only had to sign my name. This went so smooth and everything was explained up front! I highly recommend Amber to all my family and friends! more

I had a problem with my knowledge of my new thermostat. James answered all my questions and very patiently made sure I understood. He was also extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the GPS Ion Generator he came to install on my furnish and gave wonderful service to that. He tested everything before he left and gave me a well written explanation of the services provided. I hope that I will be able to get James back when I am ready for another service call. He is definitely an asset to your company. more
