Our Travel Agency is a nationwide franchise, however headquartered out of Los Angeles, and we frequently need a dependable and reliable Passport and Visa Services Company to help with the processing (and exepediting) our clients' US Passports and Travel Visas. Ambassador has done all of that and more for us. We recently had an executive needing to get a Passport Renewal and a Brazil Visa in 6 days and Ambassador Passport went above and beyond and delivered as promised. They have also been able to assist us with our out-of-state clients. It doesn't really matter where a person is located, they basically can handle anybody on a nationwide basis. Their website usually has all the information and is very user friendly. I just wanted to thank Ambassador Passport and Visa Services and it's staff for always coming through for us, even when we've asked the impossible. I strongly recommend them to anybody that wants professional, courteous, and dependable service! They are a pleasure to deal with. more

Thanks a million! 4/23/2012

A million thanks to Ambassador! I needed to go to China for an important business trip and I had three days to get a visa. Problem is, I found out my passport needed to be renewed in order for me to get the visa. I called the good folks at Ambassador and ended up using their same day service for both the passport and then the visa. And two days later I had my renewed passport and my visa in my hands. Phew! These guys are extremely professional and helpful. If you are looking for a reliable company to help you with getting a passport or visa processed these guys are the ones. Don't even think of using someone else. more

This place definitely gets it done. Everyone at Ambassador is working their butts off to get you where you need to go. Last summers I decided to book a flight to Brazil but didn't know you had to apply for a visitor's visa and couldn't apply for it anyway because it wouldn't come in time. However, they informed me that I could get it in 3 days which is good because I only had 4 days. Yeah- I booked my flight one week in advance and yeah it was expensive but it was all worth it. The point here is that with their determination and experience, Ambassador will get it done. I would definitely recommend this place. more

Best Agency. Peace of Mind! 8/26/2011

I was in the process of getting a Visa to the UK on a rush basis for my son. The paperwork was overwhelming and I did not feel I had all the information needed from the school to complete application. Very stressful. Called another agency and they said I needed to fill out all paperwork as it was mine. I was running out of time and called Ladon at Ambassador Passport. She calmed me down and told me she would be at the office until 6:00 p.m. (the other place had already closed). She would help me with all paperwork and not to worry. I scooped everything up and made it to the office. She put all the paperwork together easily. Did not need all the forms that I thought. Had all paperwork shipped out that night and the Visa was accepted the very next day. Then I was able to pick up Visa one day after that. What a PEACE of MIND! I also saw how she spoke (respectfully) to many customers in person and on the phone while we were there. TOP NOTCH! Thank You Ladon and Thank You AMBASSADOR PASSPORT & VISA SERVICES. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY 4/29/2011

I dont even think they deserve a one star rating.... I used their service since we had only one week to obtain a Brazil visa. We contacted Ladan who assured us that they can expedite the process and guarantee a visa by our travel date. I wish I had read some of the reviews because she gave us the run-around until the day of our flight, at which point we had to cancel our flight and hotel because our visa was not available. Not only was our visa not available, they promised to return our passport tonight, and they failed to do that too. Everytime we would call them to ask for the status of our visa, they told us to call back. They never had answers and very dishonest. HORRIBLE service. I will NEVER recommend any of their services to anyone. more

Vacation Saved! 4/14/2010

This Los Angeles located Passport and Visa Services Agency was a great referral! All I can say is that they came through for us and saved our trip, when nobody in the Los Angeles area could help us. They basically do everything from A to Z when it comes to US passport services or travel visa services, and make it unbelievably easy and painless. And most importantly, we didn't feel overcharged. We were in and out of their office in no time, and it was truly hassle free! Whether it be a US Passport renewal or a first time US Passport, or a Business visa or Tourist visa to any country, these guys can do it all. They are efficient, knowledgable and very professional. What I also found out was that they not only serve Los Angeles based clientelle, but can assist travelers from all over California and the country. You basically send them all the requirements. Professional, Courteous, and Dependable 3/2/2010

We are a Los Angeles based Travel Agency which frequently needs a dependable and reliable Passport and Visa Services Agency to help with the processing our travelers US Passports or Travel Visas. Even though most of our travelers are located in Los Angeles, this agency can process a Passport or a tourist visa or business Visa for many of our travelers that are located outside of Los Angeles. They basically can handle anybody and anything on a Nationwide basis and it doesn't really matter where a person is located. Reliable and Fast 1/10/2010

This Los Angeles based passport and visa services agency saved my day. I found out two days before my travel date that my passport was expired. Nobody in the Los Angeles area could help. I called them and ended up using their ""Same Day"" service, and the following day in the afternoon I had my renewed US passport in my hands! Let's say countries you have visited didn't stamp responsibly and thus you don't have a full blank visa page for your passport. OR you need to go to India on business in 72 hours and don't have a visa. OR you don't even have a f'ing passport and you need one expedited. \r \r Well the solution for those worst case scenarios (and anything else you can think up) is to call Ambassador Passport & Visa Services. They will handle EVERYTHING for you. This Place Definitely Gets it Done! 1/7/2010

This place definitely gets it done. Everyone at Ambassador is working their ass off to get you where you need to go. Two summers ago I decided to book a flight to Brazil but didn't know you had to apply for a visitor's visa and couldn't apply for it anyway because it wouldn't come in time. However, they informed me that if I could get everything overnighted to them, they could get my visa processed in like 7 days which is good because I only had 10 days to my departure date. They walked me through requirements over the phone on their user friendly website and I overnighted everything to them. Avoid if possible!!! 11/4/2009

Went to get a visa thru them for brazil on sept. 21st and didn't get the visa until Nov. 4th. Should of waited for the online appointment thru the consulate myself. They promised visa within 3 weeks and after the fourth week i started calling and they just gave me the run around telling me to call the following day. Worst possible service anyone can ask for. Had to cancel my trip because of them! Pros: They answer the phone Cons: They are SLOW!!! more

These Guys are Life Savers 10/26/2009

When I booked my tickets to go to Brazil, I didn't know that not only did I need a visa to Brazil as a US citizen, but my passport also needs to have six remaining months of validity. So here I was with a passport with only one month left for it to expire, and no visa to Brazil. There was no way I could both renew my Passport, and get a Brazil visa in this short of a time. I started scrambling and calling around and these guys came highly recommended. To make a long story short, I didn't believe them when they said they could do it, but I went over with all the requirements and they came through earlier than I thought! I can't be thankful enough. They're courteous, professional, and know what they're doing. I will be recommending them to anyone that I know. Pros: Great Service more

Last month, a few of the attorneys and staff in our firm needed to travel nurgently to India for business meetings and negotiations. However, what we didn't realize what the amount of time it takes to obtain a visa. Everybody, including other visa companies told us that it cannot be done in the short amount of time we had. Actually, we were told by more than one company that ""no one in the US can do it"". After contacting Ambassador Passport and Visa Services, I was very surprised to find out that they could do it. Anyhow, they came through and we all made our trips...thank you very much! \r \r Just felt that people should this,. Life Savers- Highly Recommended! 1/17/2008

We had a purchased tickets for a Brazil vacation, and with a week and half left, we realized that not only did we need to get visas as well (our travel agent did not tell us), but my wife also needed to have extra visa pages added to her passport. After checking with both the Brazilian Consulate and Passport Agency, we realized that we would have to cancel the vacation because there wasn't enough time to even get a visa. Fast, Easy, Friendly 11/8/2007

I've never had a passport before in my life. All I did was call them. They sat with me on the phone and explained everything to me. I sent them the paperwork they needed and 4 days later I had my passport in my hand. They were so professional, patient, and extremely helpful. We were filming a Show in Brazil, and our actors and staff needed their passports done as well as the visas issued.
