Please stay away from this company. They are not professional people and more then that once you give them your number, they will call you day and night non stop. I have told them plenty of time that I do not need their product and take my number from their calling list but they do not stop calling me. When you remind them that they are not suppose to call, they still hang up on you. They just called me at 908 PM, really?? My sleep time, they do not care. I'm going to report them. more

Poor network 6/15/2019

Responses you get after calling ‘Network is busy’, ‘Number is not valid’. You complain to the customer service about the problems and they do nothing. Very poor service. more

fraud company, very rude customer sevice 3/19/2017

I saw a charge on my card, I had never heard of this company or done business with them, so i called them to find out why my account was charged, and they were very rude, and wanted me to provide all my information including my email address which i did not. my CC called them because i disputed the charge, they provided my CC company with my name, which was misspelled and a fake email as prove that i made the charge. I have since cancelled my account for this fraudulent charge. more

Amantel calling card it’s totally fraud, Don’t buy !!!!!!!!! Is worst service provider, they are cheating the customer. If you call customer care they behave rudely and they are saying you go and sue the company we don't care. more

Amantel works for me 4/13/2014

I have had 2 amantel accounts for up to 3 years now;one for my office and one for my mobile phone. I have had no problems of fraud or poor service. You have the option of auto-recharge or manual recharge. The fee is standard everytime you recharge; once you are aware of this, no problem. I am very happy with the service. more

I am satisfied with the service but I really doubt the data integrity... The phone numbers I called to India started received missed call / fake calls fom Pakistan. I am not sure if the data was leaked by Amantel but it started after I had registered here... so wanted to inform more

amantel telecommunication are the cheaters they dont have the secure pin number i recharge my account and set it auto recharge with in 3 hours my account charged 2 times when i called the customer service they told that your pin is used by someone else in nepal etc and not able to give u money back or the min .SO BEWARE this is Fraud company. The customer service is very rude and not have any manners to talk with the customers.So Please stay away from this fraud company and save your money. more

Do NOT Trust Amantel at any cost 10/14/2012

They offered me 1300 minutes for pakistan in august 2012 to use them within six months. I used about 700 minutes until end of september then after October 1st i have got only 45 minutes left. Amantel said they can not do anything and i can only have 45 minutes instead of 600 minutes. They are a big "LIARS" and "VULTURES". So don't even bother with them if you love your hard earned money, because they are simply Pathetic with no customer service at all. more

Don't sale your info to amantel 10/8/2012

Their service sucks, and they sell our information to other companies and that company will keep calling, saying calling from Florida,pennsylvania, virginia and other parts of USA.They will try to sell you billing plans to call India and pakistan for $4.99 a month unlimited.its not even worth to try It. The call is always from Unkown so no way to complain back. So please don't use Amantel and sell your info. more

This is a big fraud happen to me, using the service.They cut 72 min but when i asked but why this happen by seeing call log, they said some one used your pin by google talk.We donot give you min back. This is not done.I am going to put a fraud case about that. Big useless company ......Ady more
