Do not do business with this contractor. He's as dishonest as they come. He's always looking for ways to drive up the bill, difficult to get along with, never completes work on time - or close to budget. He's the contractor you envision when you hear nightmare stories of contractors screwing home owners. Do youself a favor and find another contractor.
