Just had my first pest control treatment with Brandon Kofoed. He was extremely professional and courteous. I have been looking for a new pest control company and am very happy to have found such a great company that employs great employees. I am also very pleased that they are concerned for the safety of my family, pets and honey bees. more

Christian Craig came out to address my pest issues. He was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about my problems and listened intently as I explained my issues. He explained to me what he could do and made a few suggestions about what I could do and assured me that he could take care of the problems. I went out the next day and made the repairs that he suggested and four days later . . . everything is gone. No more ants, spiders, or other pests. I was so grateful and appreciative as I have been dealing with this for months in some cases, even longer. Thank you Christian. I will definitely be staying with Alterra. more

I am very impressed with Alterra. I actually have had a company come out for several years and was happy with them. But Alterra was very persuasive...and we gave them a try. The spray guy Greg T. was very thorough, detailed and extremely professional in a kind way. I am excited to put them on my list for now on. more

Bill V. We are new customers and Michael Kidmon was our ""bug guy"". He was very patient with us as we rattled on about the horrible ant problems we were have. He was very reassuring and explained everything he was doing to help resolve our bug problems. When new ant nests made their debut on the opposite side of our property, he came back out and fixed the problem. We will be recommending Alterra to any of our friends and acquaintances who request ""a good bug guy""! more

Greg and Matt C had to come twice last Saturday because of a misunderstanding on our part. They were very courteous and explained in complete detail what they were going to do. They didn't even seem to care about getting a little wet because of the lawn sprinklers. They did a wonderful job and we have been seeing the results the last few days. Thank you gentlemen! more
