Awful service, and highly unprofessional. I had come in to get a dress altered for a formal event three weeks before the actual needed date. ""Mamma"" and I arranged for the dress to be FINISHED one week prior to the event- three days LATER when I came to pick up the dress, she hadn't even STARTED! Lazy, lazy service. She complained about ""too much"" to do, when she reclines on a couch and watches foreign television. Very unprofessional, and responds with, ""I can't understand English"" when you confront her on keeping priorities straight. Not recommended.
Cons: inattentive to detail, slow service, neglect of priorities
