I think you are wrong about buying a dog for Alsip. My husband and I did and he is the greatest dog ever. He is also the cutest dog ever. He is a peka-pug.

Great for Landscaping Not for Puppies 9/28/2005

This place is huge on selection! They have so many plants, sculptures, decorations for outside landscaping. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is getting a kitten or puppy from here. The animals that come out of here are usually in bad shape with respiratory infections and have intestinal parasites which can be transmitted to other pets and sometimes even humans, so be careful when going here to look at the pets they have. more

great selection 8/21/2005

I have brought several plants and bushes from here. They have a huge selection. All therir plants look healthy and vibrant. They also have some beautiful lawn ornaments. I bought a ball ornament for my mother and she just loved it. The bushes I bought are lovely and thriving in my front yard. Big selection but a litlle pricey. Will return in the future. more

More than just a Garden Center 8/20/2005

Most people think that they only sell lawn and gardening supplies, although they do sell these items they also sell more. Everything from pool supplies, to home decor to pets and a lot more. The things they sell are very nice, but also quite expensive. The people who work there a very pleasant and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. more
