Al's Discount Tire

My wife got two tires from Al's tire, balanced and installed. 2 and a half months later, my son was driving home on the highway and one of the tires we purchased from them came apart. The tread came off the tire and did approximately $2,200 worth of damage to my vehicle. I went to Al's tire to ask them about helping us with getting the vehicle fixed since it was their tire and they installed it. They treated me very very badly, stating that they were not responsible for any of the damage and that I was being "illogical" and that they "didn't need to help me at all". We went to them because we were told they were nice and good at what they do. Yes, maybe, as long as you have money and don't care if the people you pay to give you a good product and stand behind their work, doesn't matter to you. They were nice when my wife gave them cash for a product and service. But when their product fails and you want any restitution, their service fails miserably. Never buy from them. Ever. more
