Reliable and efficient 9/23/2022

1st thing I did when Mitch arrived was compliment him for not only showing up but he did so early. It is increasingly rare for contractors in this area to be reliable. Mitch was and solved my issue very pleasantly and efficiently. Kudos to Alpine Lock & Key. more

Quick help 9/9/2022

I had just driven to Truckee from Bay area during the heat wave alone. Family was to arrive the following day. Could not unlock front door with key pad and didn't have a key to override. When Alpine heard my story (and that I am a senior citizen sitting in the sun), they sent someone to help me right away. I was so very grateful. Thank you, Alpine Lock and Key more

Amazing FAST service 12/10/2021

It became necessary to change our locks and was completed in record time! All three locks were re-keyed in no time and Jeromi took the time to explain the work and remind us to lube the cylinders. Very pleasant technician! more

Very Quick Service 10/21/2021

I talked to Danny and I gave him my location and he was there very quick just as he said he would. He unlocked my door and I was able to retrieve my keys and had me on my way. Thanks Danny! more

Great, punctual service 4/3/2021

Danny B. was an excellent technician who fixed my problem within 20 - 30 minutes. My key was not turning in my Nissan Versa ignition and the car was unable to start. Danny easily diagnosed the problem and cut a new key, as well as unlocked my steering wheel. He called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived within 30 minutes of calling. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely call Alpine Lock and Key again! more
