So on a slow tuesday afternoon, I come inside to aloha looking for a woman named maya. Instead I found her daughter kim there. I ended up getting my eyebrows, lips and chin. My brazilian was the best I ever seen. After we were done she recommended a facial (it was pretty warm that day). The facial was so relaxing, when we were done I never felt and looked so, fresh, clean. On top of the facial I asked her about in grown toes and toe fungus, she actually cleaned up my ties and helped me to get rid of my ingrown toes (I do martial arts). Finally, I just can't wait for my next appointment. For a slow tuesday, I caught such a good break and really feel beautiful, and strong! more

Finding this little piece of heaven in the neighborhood I've lived in all my life, has to be one of the best discoveries I've made. The staff is so warm and inviting, they made me feel like I was part of the family. The atmosphere is completely relaxing and soothing. I never wanted my massage to end, but when it did I felt completely refreshed. As for Ms. Maya...the BEST. She truly has magical hands. When she says painless waxing, she means it. Everything about this place is great! very intimate space, atmosphere is very relaxing and reasoanble prices!!. I did all my pre wedding pampering at Aloha. I got the most amazing facial ever, I just didn't want it to be over. Maya also did my makeup for me and my bridal party on my wedding day and she did an amazing job. We all looked gorgeous and flawless for the entire day and the price was right!! It wasn't outrageously overpriced like many wedding make up artist. Am I still in Brooklyn? My girl actually surprised me with this pampering as a Valentines gift and at first i was like "spa?" but when got in there I cant lie, between the treatment of the staff and the relaxing ambience, I really felt like I was in Hawaii...I think this place might become my new favorite secret getaway thats not far away. There's no place like home! And for us fellas, they have products for men as well so there aint nothing wrong with a little bit of personal treatment in Brooklyns Finest. Aloha or Mahalo! I am so glad I found Aloha. After having some less then desirable waxing experiences at another salon, I was searching for a new place to go when I came across this spa. I live in brooklyn, so decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did. I won't go anywhere else for a wax anymore. I went to Aloha right before New Year's Eve last month on a whim, having looked up salons in my new neighborhood and seeing positive reviews of Aloha. The experience was entirely easy and pleasent. I walked in and didn't have to wait, the wax (lip and stomach) was quick, and best of all, it is the first time in three years of waxing that I didn't get any ingrown hairs. This seems pretty miraculous to me, and I am going back to Aloha tonight! more

At Aloha, I felt like never before: relax, calm, & renew. It is incredible to know that there is such a professional and private place in this world that will provide you with all the attention you deserve to have. I obtained a Yonka facial, a full body massage, and waxing. The facial was out of the ordinary. Maya was very cautious, caring, and knew her products and services. She made great recommendations for my face so I can look young and renew. The massage was magnificent. I have obtained body massage from many other places, but I will never put those places before Aloha. I felt that all the weight, pressure, and pain went away. Finally, the waxing was incredibly unbelievable. I have never had have a waxing that have been painless, no bleeding, and no burn. The experience overall was amazing. I always had bad acne until I found Aloha my skin looks great and my ance started to dispear everytime I go to Aloha.They are good with facial that i feel no pain when they estract my black heads and never any scarring.The service is great compare to the many places i been to . I just got back home from a facial at Aloha and felt compelled to write a review. I have been going to Aloha for two years and keep going back because they are so AWESOME! Maya and her staff are professional and truly kind and compassionate. Maya has reccommended a few products to me that have really helped my skin. She remembers everything, so each time I come in she asks me how my skin is doing, how is work going, etc. Aloha's prices are very reasonable for the top notch care they provide. I suggest getting a pedicure ($20) and add the reflexology (for total of $40) and the deep facial ($85 and that includes a face, neck and shoulder massage that is to-die-for). The location is a little out of the way for some (I live one block away) but it is close to the Hewes Stop on the J and the Broadway stop on the G. You can also take the L to Lorimer, walk down Union and make a right on South 4th. more

it is amazing to see that there is still a business that puts emphasis on complete customer satisfaction. i received a presure point massage, and i felt amazing afterward. i felt like i had just woke up from the best night of sleep i have ever had. Losing my hair at age 11 was traumatic, but not having eyebrows and eyelashes was even worst. Aloha, has filled that void. Starting out with micro pigmentation (tattoo) in high-end N.J. recommended by the top professionals of the line, I was sorely disappointed, the pain was unbearable and I promised I would never do it again. Then I met, Maya. She promised a pain free treatment and she lived up to that promise. The professional demeanor, calm atmosphere relaxed my senses. The soft touch with soothing voice lulled my mind to sleep and by the time she was done I could not believe that its actually over. After a LONG Day of exploring the city, my searching left me in south williamsburg, where i found Aloha nested nearby along the J,M Subway line. I went inside, just for a look and came back out feeling re-energized and, healthy! A facial treatment that really cleansed my pores and a massage that completely relieved my stress. What really saved me that day was that, i mentioned i was going on a date, and Maya completely did my make up for me, which lasted until the next morning ;) All in all, friendly and sanitary service that i would (obviously) recommend. I got a facial from Maya. She was amazing.Best facial I've had and I've been to many spas in the city. My Skin was absolutely glowing and the treatment was so relaxing. Maya has so many different clients, Caucasians, Asians, Hispanics and African Americans. She know all different type of skin. I think that is very important.
