Allure Alterations & Nail Care

The lady at alterations was nice and friendly. But: their prices are way too high for the work you receive. I had to pay $22 for my dresspants to be shortened. Simple procedure that will cost you $15 elsewhere. Then for this money you expect high quality, which turned out very average. Then the lady had to fix the length, as I noticed pants were not even. The only advantage this place has is that it's open on Sundays when all other alerations are closed. I feel like this is the reason why it is so overpriced. Save your money! more

First Off The lady who does alterations is not only a major B!tc# Her alteration work is Complete CRAP! Ive tried them twice Because it's convenient to my work and both times i had to come home and Re Hand sew my alteration because the work was so Shotty and half ass done! Seriously this business could care less about Doing quality work It's Just so sad and pathetic and worse They OVERCHARGE For the crap their sending out the door... ! Also The Pedicures are so so not worth the money either ( And that's saying allot being that their about 35$ ) I will defiantly NEVER Give them my biasness again!!!!! more

I have received a great pedicure and pink and white fill at this salon, but the last fill I received was horrible. I have had acrylic nails for the past 8 years and this is the worst job anyone has ever done on my nails. The fill took over 2 hours and they still couldn't do it well! My smile lines (the white part) was straight across instead of curved like it normally is. The acrylic is thick and lumpy, making my nails look very unnatural. The acrylic goes over my cuticles and isn't filed and smoothed properly. My nails are not straight and he got the white acrylic on the pink part of my nails. I painted over the disgusting fill with a shimmery pink polish when I got home because I was so embarrased. I didn't want anybody to see my nails! For a $35 fill this is definitely not what I expected. When I began to inquire why they didn't look right he told me to ""chill out"" and said ""what!? this taking too long for you?"" His tone was rude and disrespectful. I am extremely dissapointed with my experience there and recommend you spend your money at one of the many other great nail salons in Bellevue! I have had my nails done (acrylic full set) by many many different places and people, and I have never had them be this perfect and durable. The service was excellent, they spoke exceptional english and did exactly what I asked for. I did have a bit of a wait in between and at the end the man added a design and two rinestones free of charge. I HIGHLY recomend this place for acrylics. $33 for a full set and $19 for a fill. Im going in today for my first fill, hopeflly as good as before! :) Pros: Spoke english well, Clean and nicely decorated atmosphere, staff joked around with me, great! Cons: Small location more
