We dropped one of our children and their auto from our insurance policy and our rates went up $200? This was confusing to all other insurance agents we've recently spoken to.
Our son was in a serious auto accident not his fault (proof by police records and other persons insurance paid full claim of hospital bill exceeding $80,000+) His vehicle was also totaled. It's been sixteen months since the accident and this still is not 100% resolved w this agent. Since the accident our son was unable to get home owners insurance with this company, for an accident not his fault, as this agent refused to resolve the issue.
He did not ever apologize for his mistakes or support us (his clients). He was not reliable, was dishonest with us, was high priced, and did not return phone calls.
After 13 years we're now with a new insurance company saving $300 a month (yes $300), we have full coverage on all our autos, plus bodily injury coverage of 100,000, both which we did not have with this agent. Know your policies. Read the small print. We also had to retain lawyers who could not believe an insurance agent told us Bodily Injury insurance isn't necessary.
We cannot, in good faith, recommend this agent. Save money and seek insurance elsewhere.
