Greatest Insurance Guy EVERY! 2/8/2010

My wife and I have been working with Eric since we first bought renters insurance. We now have home, 2 auto, boat, and camper coverages. Prices were the best we found. His ability to help over the phone is wonderful. I have sent several new clients his way, and they all report positive results. Pros: Easy to contact, great customer service Cons: His office is 3 hours away more

STAY AWAY!!!! 2/3/2009

This guy will hide significant details about your policy!! My policy went up 250% (from about $400 to about $1100) after submitting a 10K claim for smoke damage. I was never told that a percentage of my claim would be put back into my yearly premium. When I challenged Eric on it, he hung up on me and refused to take any calls from me. Go with somebody local, so you can see them face to face if there is an issue. Cons: cannot be trusted, will refuse to take calls from you if you have any issues more
