I have had Allstate insurance for many years. Phil is a good person but doesnt' take the time to understand his clients needs. He is completely at a loss when it comes to special insurance needs and you are just as well buying your insurance from ATM. I would not recommend Phil for your Allstate Insurance needs. more

Not a good choice 1/8/2010

I have had Allstate insurance for many years. Our insurance was transferred from another agent to Phil Vinyard. Phil is a good person but doesnt' take the time to understand his clients needs. He is completely at a loss when it comes to special insurance needs and you are just as well buying your insurance from ATM. I would not recommend Phil for your Allstate Insurance needs. Pros: Good person Cons: Lack of detail and service more
