Not so much 6/20/2005

I just switched to AllState Insurance for my car insurace. I only found that AllState is not as good as what I thought. I had a claim about a month ago. My agent reponded to my claim immediately. I was happy with that, to be frank. However, I found they were not that generous when comes to compensation. Let me put it this way. Allstate wants to replace all my damaged parts with off-market products instead of the factory ones. That I am not very happy with. So I had to take my car to a garage to replace all the parts with the factory standard one, and they paid the price. more
