Allstate Insurance Agent: Lisa Garrity

I have dealt with the company for many years and have nothing but good to say about them. Courteous prompt service. Saved my family $250 a year on a flood insurance policy charged by one big bank of America. more

She told me that my policy would be too much money for me and that I should go somewhere else because she wouldnt write my business! WOW, I will put a call into the NC dept of Insurance because she is BADDD NEWS!!!! more

Lisa seemed to good for my business. I was relocated and it was no secret see doesn't care for relocated people. She made it clear she grew up in Apex and it was great years ago. I guess northerners have ruined the town. Take away all your clients from other states and your business is -50%. Show some respect for people from other states, we pay your bills. I would not us this agent. more

I have been with this agent and office for more than 7 years and I have received very courteous and responsive care from them. I have purchased homes and vehicles and have made changes, all the while getting great advice from Teresa. Tasha is so kind on the phone you want to hug her.\r I have also used them for our life insurance policies, and also got great service and had all my questions answered.\r I would highly recommend this office as Lisa and Teresa have been in this area for many years and know their customers well. It has a family feel to it, that is so rare in this area anymore. more

Recently, in the beginning of July I had some damage done to my car by a person who was also insured by Allstate; come to find out we also had the same agent-Lisa Garrity. When I called to address the matter, Lisa was very rude (im guessing because she was better aquantances with the other family) and I was VERY offended and she did not handle the matter in an adult manner. My own flesh doesn't speak down to me and I do not expect that from anyone else either! I didn't say anything on the phone about her rudeness, now I wish I would have. But, I did request to switch Agents and Allstate took care of that for me and I explained to them how rude she was, they told me to call her agency and let her know that I had decided to change agents, so I did just that. She has the best assistant named Tasha who is always helpful and I let her know why I had decided to change agents and she was very apologetic. Only if Tasha could open her own Insuance Agency she would be BOOMING! Now, it's the end of July and my problem still hasn't been fixed in a timely manner and I'm very dissapointed not only with Lisa Garrity, but also Allstate in general. \r \r I will add that I work in a Beauty Salon & Spa in Cary, NC just outside of Apex and we have so many people who come in and out--and so much gossip that goes on and I have and will continue to let everyone I see know that Lisa Garrity's Agency is horrible because of HER bad attitude. Maybe she'll learn to be nice one day..who knows?? Pros: Her nice assitant Tasha was so welcoming everytime I cam to pay my bill Cons: Lisa Garrity's bad attitude and Allstate Insurance Period is horrible!!!!!!! more
