I received a proposed insurance quote for my home in the mail and I normally would just take a look and toss. But I am glad I kept the mail and decided to give it a try. Patty Bautista answered my call and she is so wonderful to talk to. She has been quite helpful in fulfilling all my insurance needs - I moved everything over. We?re so happy about our savings, especially since this past year has been tough for our family with being out of work for six months. It?s comforting to know you?re watching out for us and will be giving us the best companies at the best prices. We are not ever going to get stuck with all our eggs in one basket. We felt a little guilty leaving our agent after all these years. Yes, you were right. We thought the big brand and ads were the way to go. We now know we should have had a great insurance company like you much sooner. The amazing thing is our agent never even called to see where and why we left after 20 years.
