By owning and maintaining our own equipment, we can mobilize quicker, provide better turnaround, and offer more competitive bids because we don’t need to pass on a rental fee like some contractors. Our headquarters is located on 12 acres of land with 1 ½ acres of warehouse space along Interstate 80 in Joliet, Illinois. Plentiful yard space and extensive warehouse space allows us to stock high-grade materials at a lower cost to our customers. Most of our stock is American made. All our field workers are union tradesmen and women: Ironworkers-Local #444 and Local #63, Midwest Operating Engineers – Local #150, Laborers-Local #5 and Local #75.
