liars. went for a wheel alignment and was told i need tires because car was still pulling to side. tires were new on car then they tried to say it was bushings went to another mechanic and he told me bushings were fine. they make things up, that are not true and mechanics dont know how to use a wheel alignment machine. went to another shop and paid to have alignment done right and disputed transaction from allens with my credit card company. avoid this place for wheel alignments. and probably for other services since they lie. more

The first rating is clearly a friend; i bet he obviously can afford this place with all the cars he has. I am surprised he wasn't forced to sell one to cover the cost of repairs from here unless he just went for oil changes. I would really recommend you avoid this place at all cost; there are other businesses that will be much more reasonable and understanding plus they are just too expensive. I was a fool and spent thousands here over a course of several years and really thought I had a good relationship with them. But their hourly rate is just insane and everyone I sent them found they just paid too much when they went back to the dealer or found the extent of the repairs done excessive.. I found sticking with a neighborhood garage and dealer has offered me the best price, quality and i no longer have the feeling I am getting ripped off. I am not the only one, I know better now. Its funny, Jimmy has been servicing and RESTORING my trophy show cars and family cars since the day he opened. Were talking 2 big dollar Corvettes. He's worked on my Alfa Romeo (find anyone to do that) and has worked on all my daily drivers and muscle cars. NO ONE touches my cars EVER other than Jimmy and the crew. Done right the first time and priced extremely fair. They even put my sunglasses back in my car when I accidently left them on the roof. They even WASHED my Vette when they got it mildly dirty. Unlike folks who trash and run, you can find me on any car forum if you wish to discuss or track me down at a cruise in or Etown. more

don't go here , very deceitful, gave me a ridiculous price on a job that didn't even need to be done, said he did diagnostic work that when I got car home obviously was not done, go to the dealer it's cheaper and they probably wont rip you off as much as this guy tried to rip me off. The girl receptionist taking the calls was very rude! She should undergo extreme sensitivity class not to mention customer service etiquette. I won't even try this place. The negative reviews might be true after all. I won't be surprise if this company goes down. more

Did not lock my car - camera was stolen in 3 hrs.\r never fixed what I needed but charged me for stuff I never asked for . kids run the place for christ's sake.\r charged me almost 1200 for a 300 brake job & never replaced parts they charged me for .\r My neighbor showed me how they left my old calipers on but charged for new.\r I know better now. more

never replaced parts paid for . .\r paid over double what a reputable shop would charge. when confronted about not replacing parts they made excuses.car is worse after leaving.\r stay away from there !! more
