I was a first-time home buyer, so I wasn't very familiar with the loan process. Allen Robinson was incredibly patient, responsive, knowledgeable, personable and professional. Even after the loan has closed he has stayed in touch (I enjoy reading his e-newsletters) and I feel like I can turn to him at any time for advice and questions about anything mortgage related. more

Very Satisfied Mortgage Experience 1/13/2013

My experience with Allen was extremely satisfactory. The loan refinance process was not without problems, but they were handled efficiently and effectively. All of the staff that I interacted with were very helpful. more
