I am a returning patient to the Cudmore Clinic and feel welcome every time that I have an office visit. My first visit with Dr. Rader was in the summer of 2003 and I lost 15 pounds the first month. I was ecstatic! I can admit that I am not a very consistent patient when it comes to keeping or rescheduling my appointments, but they never made me feel guilty about it (even though I did). I returned after having my first child in 2005 and lost the weight again. I moved away for about two years and then again returned. Dr. Rader saw me and said ""Welcome Home"". It made me feel so good to be back and actually be remembered by a physician, considering the amount of patients they see. The whole staff is great. I would recommend Cudmore Clinic to anyone who is struggling to lose weight. more

I attended the first meeting of the weight loss program - was asked how much I wanted to loss. I told Dr. Freshwater that I would like to get down to 165 lbs. her comment was - I don't see that is possible. I thought she was there to help you not hender you! I am trying my best - but I met with her one time after that and felt that I was just a number - not lossing, not gaining - was just told don't do it again. Now I feel if you need this kind of support you can do that good for your self. I feel that her bedside manners as you call it should take a hike and change the attitude of you can't and this is what I am here to do is help you in any way possible, you have our support. I hope that I get to my 165 lbs. because she'll be the first one to have it bite her in the bottom!! It my be unrealastic but if that is what I feel I want to do more power to me. I have people was understanding to her when she lost her 60 pounds, more then she was to all of us. Pros: dr. rader cares - gives suggestions, wants to help you get back on track if you are off Cons: dr. freshwater - needs to have a better attitude, treat people understandingly. more

I had heard a lot of good things about Dr. rader and the weight control program he has. I was very disappointed in the way that the process was delivered. There seemd to be holes in the lecture and I didn't feel there was a personal connection at all! I strongly advise that you make sure that you are scheduling with Dr. Rader! He has helped me twice now.....The first time I lost 87 pounsd in 7 months!!!!!Then I got pregnant on my honeymoon, and gained 100 lbs. I am curently working on getting it back off again. So far I have lost 28lbs. in 2 months! I am amazed. His program really works! I also take my 2 children in the office with me, Everyone is so nice to them. Pros: Apt. meds all in one, Inexpensive, Quick results! Cons: NA, NA, NA more
