The Dr. was fine. The office staff was terrible and billing was terrible. They had me pay cash pay for services. I paid the total bill on my debit card of $81, they then billed me for more in the mail saying they wanted $4 more. They said they billed the wrong amount at the time. I told them I paid it and they made a $4 error. They insisted that I pay more after the fact. Then they doubled it to $8 and threatened to add $25 every month until I paid. I wouldn't use a place like this ever again and you couldn't get me there with a 10 foot pole except to deter unsuspecting patients. more

On 3 separate medical visits, these folks have NOT gotten back to me with test results. I've had to call and call, leave messages, wait and wait and when the call backs finally came, they were from a secretary or nurse or someone who was NOT the doctor. Each and every time, these young girl voices gave me WRONG test result information. When I questioned them, they got surly and rude in an effort to disguise their lack of knowledge. I feel concerned for those that truly rely on the advice of these folks and do not have enough saavy to actually get a copy of their test results and read and question them for themselves. Do your self a favor, if you do use this practice, insist on seeing your test results with your own eyes and perhaps get a second opinion. These folks need to sharpen their security practices and concern themselves with accurate information and get rid of the foolish kids that ""work"" behind the front counter. I've been to this group several times and each and every time I experience the exact same thing. They will grant you an appointment rather quickly. The wait is not too long. However, the girls at the front counter are always laughing, throwing pens at each other and carrying on like schoolgirls at a pajama party. After the doctor visit it takes days and multiple phone calls to get a call back with any test results. When you do call to speak with someone, you'll get put to the voice mail of Tara - whose message states that if you call her multiple times, it will delay her call back to you. HOW NASTY! How about this? If the doctor/staff would call back promptly, there would be no need to call them MULTIPLE times!!! And another thing - why do they have these young girls call you back with important medical information - and they have NO CLUE about what they are talking about. On several occasions, these nincompoops have called me to say that everything was ok, when in fact the test results were NOT ok. They are consistently ignorant, rude and late in getting any information back to the patient...and the information has always been wrong. This practice is on the verge of a serious malpractice issue with the negligence and incorrect and untimely information they allow the NON-DOCTORS to offer. I will not trust my medical safety with these people any more. Pros: close to home Cons: Immature girls at the front counter, doctors never call back more
