Allegra (formerly known as Zaps - Arlington) is beyond horrible. It's not about the customer anymore. It's about "how much money can we make off this person?" It's about making "their" life easier. It's about corporate takeover and individual service getting thrown in the shredder. I will NEVER go there again. I would rather use carbon paper or an old Ditto machine to print items more
