AllDogs

I boarded my dogs at All Dogs Canine and they were in the Presidential Suite. They are small dogs and were all boarded together. Being in the Suite there is 24 hours access to see them by webcam, live feed-not photo shots. I watched them being taken outside, brought back in, their suite being cleaned. I called them twice: once to ask them to change their water to a dish rather than a small bucket and they did it as I was still talking to reception and while I was watching the webcam. The 2nd call was I didn't see one of my dogs walking around after several times of watching the webcam. She has had a few seizures in the past and I called with my concerns and the person who took my call walked back right away, while we were still on the phone and found her to be fine. I feel they get great care and will definitely board my dogs there again and highly recommend them! more

Took my dog therefore four-day stay. He is a border collie and highly active. We paid for the four-day presidential suite boarding, full day play camp and extra breaks. We watched on the pup cam quite often and saw that our dog was being ignored and not getting the services we paid for. Their answer was ""we are overloaded with dogs "". When I went to pick up my dog I requested three times after paying to get my dog. The owner just want to yell at me and refused to give me my dog until she was finished. Finally she told one of the staff members ""just get this lady her dog""! After getting our dog she continued to yell at my husband and I as we walk out the door. She told us never to bring our dog there again. Yeah, like that's can happen. Expensive lesson learned. The owner is rude and very confrontational. I never in my life experience that with any business I ever dealt with. more

Holly and her excellent staff at AllDogs not only care for our pets, they cater to them. AllDogs Canine Care Center provided services in a loving, caring, non-stressful setting that is conducive to putting the dog at ease and creating a positive environment where he feels secure. I recommend Alldogs without reservation as I have to all my friends and neighbors. You will not be disappointed. They are unsurpassed in Hamblen county and the surrounding area. more
