I took this class because I have scoliosis, called Svaroopa. The class itself was extremely easy. I don't even usually do difficult yoga, but most of the class was spent lying down in some variation of corpse pose. I felt like I was falling asleep and it didn't do anything more for my back that my yoga video. i think this class is good for the 60+ crowd because that is mostly who it was populated with. Its good if you really don't want to do anything strenuous and you have limited mobility. Otherwise, stay away, its just a waste of money.
