All Star Dance Academy

My daughter was asked to attend the school's bring a friend week and she loved the class so much she insisted I sign her up right after the class was over. The teacher was so kind and patient even though there were several girls in the class who were brand new. This is our second attempt at trying dance classes and I think we found the perfect match this time. more

I really like ASDA. It's a good dancing place overall, with amazing teachers and studios, and the viewing area is great because the dancers can't see the viewers but the watchers can see the dancers and that way the dancers don't get distracted. However the people are not very friendly. I took hip hop there for a month, and quit partly because the other girls were so hostile and wouldn't talk to me or even look at me. There's frequently long time dancer teenagers at the front desk who'll sit back and chat loudly, the competitive girls look down on the recreational dancers, and especially compete with each other -- who can take the most classes in a week? Who are the best dancers? Most girls there have been dancing for years from a young age, have bonded together tightly. I don't recommend this dance studio for recreational dancers in or over middle school and kids who want to make dancing friends. It's really hard to make friends unless you're really good, competitive, or you're lucky and there's new friendly people coming in. more

All Star is the best place to dance at everything's age appropriate and you get to meet some really great friends plus you'll have friends while you dance. All Star is the perfect dance studio. All of the employees are kind and the teachers are REALLY helpful. I have been dancing at ASDA for almost 4 years. I had never danced before when I started but now I am competing a solo! There are SO many classes you can take and everyone is really friendly. Everyday after school, I am immediately running upstairs to get dressed for dance, even if have 2 hours. :) All Star Dance Academy is the perfect place for you!!! ASDA is a wonderful studio for all kids, ages, and abilities. I have been dancing there for 5 years and have improved so much. I went from not knowing a single thing about dance to placing in the top ten at competitions. Every single class at All Star teaches you go become a better dancer, learner, and person. ASDA feels like home the minute you walk in. There's always someone friendly at the front desk to greet you. The facility is so nice. Both studios have observation windows so the parents can watch the class but the kids can't see out. The teachers are not only knowledgeable, but they really respect the kids and communicate the lessons well. Most importantly, you can tell that all the kids just love being there.
