I picked up my car last week and all I can say is, it looks brand new. I had a great experience and was kept informed about all the progress of my vehicle. I'm very pleased with how my car looks and drives and I was really taken care of by Mahagony. I highly recommend All Pro and will be back again if their services are ever needed more

My car had some right front damage from someone comming into my lane on the highway. The repair from All Pro took about two and a half weeks for some damage to the bumper, right quarter pannel and rim... wich is a bit long in my opinion. The finished product was fine but when i picked my car up my driver side tail light was cracked and a quite expensive digital tirepressure guage was stolen from my center console. Other than all of that it was a decent repair. I just expected a bit more help on the tail light but all i got from the manager was ""if you buy a new one we will install it for free!"" and as for the guage... i never got a call back even after calling them twice. more

My car was taken in after a wreck. I was very pleased with the communication from the client rep. When assessing if a car would be repaired or totaled, a formula is used based on the amount of estimated damage cost. Needless to say, my car should have never been repaired due to the amount of damage. In retrospect it was obvious the damage exceeded the formulary and the bill at the end of the process verified my initial notion. The cosmetic damage was fully restored; however, to-date, my car sounds like I'm driving with the window down because the passenger door was not able to be put back correctly. Before my car was loaded on the tow truck, I cleared out the odometer reading, so I could see how many miles were put on my car during the process. The register read 70 miles upon the end of the process. The two repair shops that fixed my car were less than a football field away from each other. I don?t recommend this shop for timely service. I would recommend this shop for cosmetic damage, but not for a larger wreck. Pros: Good communication with Client Rep. Cons: Not sure of honesty in diagnosing repair estimates more
