we've been shopping with them for little over a year. always found what i needed and cheaper then any other retailer. dont compare with walmart that you can return after you use it. LOL more

I went in to get my iPhone fixed. They wouldn't fix what I brought it in for, but they took the liberty to fix my camera and hold button, when I did not ask them to. Also, they said at most it would cost $90. Two months later, my phone is still not fixed and they are trying to charge me $157 to get it back -or- take out what they fixed and still charge me $100. Basically, I don't tell anyone to go to hell anymore, I tell them to go to All Phone Toys. \r PS the owner is unprofessional and sarcastic, he made fun of my little brother and cousin. Pros: There really isn't one Cons: Where do I begin? more

Buyer Beware!! They have a terrible return policy. You are not allowed to return ANYTHING you bought in the store. You are only allowed to exchange it. \r \r Here is what happened to me: I had purchase a bluetooth headset that never would charge. Right out of the box it would not work. So I immediately took it back. I wanted to return but was instead convinced to exchange for a ""better"" bluetooth headset and pay the difference. $40 later I took it home, tried to charge it and it too was BROKEN. I had now purchased two different bluetooth headsets that did not work from All Phone Toys. At this point I just wanted my money back. But, no matter what, they will not refund your money. What's worse is the owner mocked me repeatedly and said I must be damaging his ""great products."" (both of which are brands no-one has ever heard of)\r \r Moral of the story: If you want cheap imported crap and terrible customer support and service....go to All Phone toys. If that sounds like a terrible idea....pay the $5 extra dollars and go to Best Buy for a name brand bluetooth headset.\r Pros: Cheap Cons: Get exactly what you pay for more
