All Pets Emergency & Referral Center

It takes time to sign up and write a review but sometimes it's just worth it because other people need to know. This place is great a clean, friendly, caring facility. My cat was caught under my garage door (talk about devastating) I rushed her into All Pets frantic and someone was right there not just for my cat but for me as well. They have a process but walk you through it all the way. Long story short my baby lived thanks to the incredible team but the kindness and willingness to help was overwhelming and it got me through a very difficult time. THANK YOU All Pets more

Stay away from All Pets Emergency. No compassion. Dr. Itkin cares only about the money. Outrageous prices. $750.00 and 5 weeks later wanted another $1000 to re evaluate. He is rude and arrogant with $$$ signs in his eyes. And since he is the owner he teaches his staff to get the money with no regard for your sick dog. Terrible experience at this place. Stay clear and find a place that really cares. more

This is an outstanding animal care center! They were caring and compassionate, prioritized how quickly patients were seen by which animal was most critical and really communicated. They did a great job and didn't do anything that was unnecessary. I'm so pleased that they are there. Dr Itkin treated my dog Grunt every time she is in need. Dr. Itkin is honest and caring and will do whatever it takes to make sure that your pet and you are ok. I have followed him from his previous employer to where is now. All Pets is Top Notch, Honest, Caring, and Reliable. I would trust my animals to no one else when it comes to their well being. I have brought him 3 dogs and 1 cat over the years and have never been disappointed. Two thumbs up for Dr I! more

Last night my sweet Cat of 15 years was attacked by God know what! Her Ear was dangling from her head! We Called in complete panic, and the person who answered the phone, started the "great" services we received from these people! She helped me by given me great directions, and speaking to me the entire trip to the hospital. When we arrived there was a team waiting to assist us! They took my Cat to the back and the wonderful Doctor came and told us how serious the case was, and that he was going to do everything he could to repair the ear! The doctor repaired all the lacerations, and bite wounds and the ear! My baby is at her regular vet, and they took care of her until we could take her to her regular doctor! Thank God they are here for us, because they were the only late night service in our area. more

Last Friday, I lost my beloved Boston Terrier. I have never been so heart broken and I miss him terribly. When he fell ill Thursday morning, I sought out his regular vet - only to find out the office was closed on Thursdays. In a complete panic, I stopped by Dr. Itkin of All Pets Emergency & Referral. Although my sweet baby boy did not survive his illness, I know in my heart he received the best care at the time. Dr Itkin was caring, sensitive and straight up with me as a parent. His staff, including the late night members, were compassionate and everyone was available for my questions and concerns. My heart aches over the loss of a long time family member, but I know he was with humans who cared. Thank you everyone at All Pets Emergency & Referral Ctr....your gentle hands and compassionate words meant very much to me and my family. more

I've had Dogs for some 50+ years and I'd advise anyone with a truly sick pet to Avoid this place at all costs. First they are more expensive than Georgia Veterinary services and are very understaffed. The Vet Dr I_k_n is extremely rude (he's the owner) I was reffered to him by my primary Vet for emergency care...and even she said she would never refer anyone to this Dr I_k_n again! My dog, a young 15month old had a very high fever 105 degrees and we left my dog at 9:00am and she remained in a crate until 5:00pm when they finally decided to give her IV fluids and antibiotics. Dr I_k_n explained that he had several dogs/cats that were sicker than mine and thus treated them first (as I said they are very understaffed) I had to call them repetededly to find out what was going on. I have since spoken to several other Vets that said they too have heard that Dr I_k_n is very rude and difficult to speak to (that's an understatement). I've also heard that since I was there that the Surgeon has quit... from disagreements with the owner Dr I_k_n. I have never written a review previously, but the treatment that we received/ did not receive prompted me to write this review. I hope this advise helps another loving pet owner to avoid "All Pets Emergency & Referral P.C." at all costs more

I think the Dr. has great respect for his patients and as aforementioned, has enough respect for you to be up front about treatment and costs. we took our dog here after he was injured by a car. His face was split in two , legs broken and bleeding. Staff proceeded to use stalling tactics and then presenting us with a typed estimate of care which was over $1,000.00. They accept no payment plans although web site did not state this. To save our dog, we had to have at least 90% of total bill or they gave us the option to put our dog to sleep. After an hour of going back and forth, we had no choice but to put our dog to sleep. The vet on call, actually put our dog down BEFORE we signed the paper giving him permission to do so. After wards, I heard of another person who went here and the same thing happened to him. He actually picketted the vet because they also made racial slurs toward the man. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A CRITICALLY INJURED PET HERE. The web site claims to have high tech equiptment but the vet told us that they do not, that's why he couldn't tell us if our dog was bleeding internally. more
