I moved last Staurday on the 29th and used these guys. I know reading a review sometimes you think the person is a habitual complainer, but this is not the case this time. I never write bad reviews. I do feel this company needs to be exposed.
Six hours late, damaged walls, hole in the floor from moving washer/dryer. This is after I had to call them 4 times to find out when they were going to show up. Instead of being honest with me they just made excuses and were very rude. The movers didn't leave my house until Midnight. The poor guys moving were obviously overworked, and had no business even moving my stuff. The manager never offered to discount the move, and won't address my damage issues. These guys more than likely don't carry insurance, and will leave you exposed with hundreds of dollars worth of damage. Use the companies that have been around Knoxville for years, not outsiders who just dont care!!!!
