My girlfriend and I moved to Mendocino county about two years ago. My daily work commute has me driving down eel river rd. toward Lake Pillsbury about 3 or 4 days a week. All in One was recommended to me by local of over 30 years. The first time I had to call was when my girlfriends truck broke down 6 miles down that damn road. Anyone that has gone down that road knows how completely neglected it is. We didn't want to leave it there because tweakers work quick. We called All in Ones tow line. I was surprised to find out its a direct line to the owner, Keith. I think he sleeps w the phone under his pillow. Which I liked because it wasn't some automated message. Anyways, her truck was stuck up a side road that is even worse than eel river road. That didn't even phase the driver. Our truck was locked into place in a matter of minutes and on its way to the shop. Since then I have been in All in One alot. Keith has reassured me that I can call at anytime from anywhere and they will come ge more

Great service. I needed my truck towed to the dealer at night and called OnStar for a tow. They sent out All in One. They arrived ontime, the driver knew his stuff and he even called me to let me know he got the truck to the dealer with no problems and he left it in a secure area. That is the kind of service you don't get every day. more

They saved me 8/12/2013

I had to program my PCM andthe only place that can do this is a dealer or a shop that has the correct tool. I had it towen to there shop and the owner had mentioned that the PCM rarely good bad so I took his advice and had it diagnosed and it turned out to be a blown fuse they saved me $250.00. Glad that I took it there. more

Without a doubt the most pleasant experience I have ever had taking care of DMV-related tasks. Kathy is infinitely knowledgeable and helpful, taking care of my registration faster than I ever thought possible. This is the only shop I get *anything* done at in the entire area. more

All in One always comes through. The work is done right, and you won't get any BS. If you like smarmy so-called "professional" style nonsense or someone to kiss your rear, then All in One is not your choice. But if you want your car fixed properly at a fair price, give them a try. All the staff have always treated me like a friend, despite my *only* link to the business being a repeat customer. more

Knowledgeable 7/24/2013

I was stranded deep in the Mendocino National Forest when squirrels ate parts of my engine. After a few towing companies decided not to get me because it was too late All In One Towing came to pick me up. The driver, Ruben, spent the entire night getting my car out and everything in his power to help me out. I recommend the towing service to everyone! Thank you for your knowledge, professionalism, and safety! more
