All Florida Appliance & A/C

If there were an option for zero stars, this company would get a big fat goose egg. I totally agree with the person who said this company is the worst. We had a very poor experience with them. Our air conditioning was not cooling the house. We were referred to this company through our home warranty service. We made an appointment, and they called to say they had cancellations and needed to come earlier. We could not accommodate and asked to keep our set appointment time. They said they could not come at our set time, and that if we did not let them come earlier, it would be the next day. We agreed ... even though it was Easter day. The technician arrived two hours after they called and told us he was on his way. He finally arrived and seemed irritated to even be here. He hooked up a gage to the unit and confirmed what we thought -- which was that the unit needed freon. He informed us that he did not have any freon on his truck. Very surprising, since we told Melissa that the problem was likely low freon. Why would you send a technician without the proper equipment? And by the way, he said he wasn't even a technician, just an employee. WTF? To top it all off, when we told him we were not happy with the situation nor the service this company provided, he laughed, got in his truck, and left. This is the worst and most unprofessional service we've had from any company we've dealt with. Terrible. more

First of all, thanks All Florida Appliance to help me out to replaced my AC UNIT. I bought my house 10 years ago and my AC unit was not working well, plus my electric bill every month was very high. I called them and they come right away to analyze the situation and recommended me to buy a new AC unit. At first I did not want to spend the money because of the economy that is very bad and money is very hard to get now days. But then, they told me that with the new AC units they are very safe sufficient and I would save some money on the long term. I thought about it and made the decision to get the top of the line AC UNIT - YORK and they come right away to installed the unit which they did very nicely and professional. They did a GREAT JOB to install, much and much better that the one that I have before. I even got from the old unit location, I got a extra storage because the new unit they installed up in the garage giving me extra space in the garage.\r I got also a great deal of saving on my electric bill every month with the AC unit that they recommended. I noticed right away, that I got 50% less on my electric bill - actually I got the bill from last year to compare the usage and it was great saving. Every month I am saving at least 50% then a year ago and I calculated that in 3 to 4 years this AC unit will be paid off just from the savings of my electric bill. I very much would recommended ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE because they are Honest, professional, reliable, and got great prices. Now if I have a problem with any of my home appliance I call them.\r Thanks and I hope you will be help as well and save a lot money as I am now.\r more

I have doing business with All Florida Appliances for about 10 years. They are prompt, reliable, and competitively price. Their technicians are professionally trained and pleasant do deal with. No job for them is too big or too small. I have made major purchases of furnace systems and have had them repair small appliances. I recommend All Florida Appliances without reservation. more

Our AC broke on what seemed to be the hottest day of the year ! My kids were crying and sweating and we couldn't wait to breathe again! I called ALL FLORIDA APPLIANCE and they sent me a technician on the same day ! He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and fixed my AC in a few hours. They are very reasonably priced and I was grateful that they took care of the problem immediately ! Great service! more

All Florida Appliance and Air Conditioning is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. To start they were supposed to call us at a specific time to set up our service and instead I ended up having to call them three times before someone would finally talk to us. Then their tech showed up over 2 hours late with no explanation. The tech replaced what was supposedly the problem and within 30 minutes of him leaving the A/C was again not working. When we called back they said it was too bad and we would have to wait a few days till they could get us back on the schedule. Finally we got back on the schedule and again, the tech did not show up on time and never did. We tried to talk to Melissa in the office and she did nothing but give attitude and say she has caller ID so she won't answer our calls. This company is not worth doing business with, look somewhere else instead. more

All Florida came out within a day of calling, to service/clean our AC unit. They didn't try to sell us anything extra. The technician was knowledgeable and worked quickly. He gave us advice, and made a few suggestions. It took about 1 hour, and I didn't have to clean anything up! I was so satisfied, that I called them back the next day to inquire about UV lights. I'm not usually allergic, but my eyes had been itchy and watery for a while (overabundance of pollen? construction dust? not sure...) I read that UV lights can help allergy sufferers by sort of sterilizing the air flow into the system/house. I found that All Florida is experienced in this type of installation. So, I asked them to come back and install a UV light. A different technician came out the next day, and installed the light. Again, quick and tidy, no problems. The light seems to be eliminating a lot of the indoor irritants that had been causing my eyes to react. They also service appliances. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for AC or other appliance issues! more

This company sent a tech to replace my coils and the tech was very clean cut and nice he new about my son with ashtma and made sure i was his first appointment. My 2 year old son could have had an ashtma attack due to the heat (90deg) weather.. All Florida saved my son's life Pros: on time,clean techs, and lowest prices more

I am Very happy with this company, they gave me a time frame and actually made it on time, then the technician was very kind to my situation and I recieved a payment arrangement plan, who does that? this company I would recommend to anybody....Service was just awesome Pros: quick service, reliable and satisfying Cons: ummmmm....cant think of any more
