Customer service is alive and well at All American Eyeglass. Even when UPS delivered my glasses to the wrong address, ( through no fault of Mikes), he was on top of the situation and tracked them down for me. My prescriptions are very expensive, so imagine how stessed I was. more

Excellent Fast Friendly Service 8/24/2009

They have been able to repair my favorite eyeglasses twice and we're not just talking about a loose screw or missing nose piece, we're talking BROKEN. They can laser weld the thinnest frame pieces back together again and the repair is virtually invisible, all generally within an hour of bringing them in. They're the greatest! Pros: fast professional service Cons: bit of a drive but worth it more

Very Rude Employees 12/30/2008

I went in to get a price to have a new plastic nose bridge, and she took my glasses to the back to ""see if they had have any"" came back a moment late with piece installed and charged me $50.00. I was appalled. When I said take it off, she refused and said if I did not pay she would call the police and not return my glasses. I paid and returned home, looked up on line and nose pads come in packages of 20 for $5.00. By the way, I was never rude and never raised my voice, her behaviour was unkind and bulliing. Pros: not many eye glass repair options in town Cons: they are rude and they bully their customers more

Little fixit man 5/11/2005

I went to have my wire rims fixed, they broke on the ear side, in Oct. It cost me $25.00.The exact same thing happaned in April and it cost me $45.00. I was very upset about the amount of the bill for what little was done. I would not return there again. more
