I was a customer of Algosol for 4 and half years. When my service was working, it was good service. However, on several occasions, I didn't have service. After noticing that my bill never reflected a credit for outages, I began making my payments at the end of the month. My service was out for several days, so I called Algosol and was informed my service had been disconnected. What? This company disconnected my service on 9/29/11 with no warning. When I spoke with Don on 10/4/11, he told me the service was disconnected due to nonpayment. Again, what? He stated he had not received my payment for September. I did mail the payment. Don informed me that we needed to part ways. To sum it up, I spent $500.00 putting their componets in my home, was a customer for 4 years and because I didn't pay my bill at the beginning of the month (due to never receiving a credit when there were outages) I am a horrible customer. I would NOT recommend this internet provider. Spend your money on a provider that can provide you with continuous service and if they can't, they have the man power to make repairs to their equipment (after storm, ect) in a timely manner. I have always tried to support local business in my community. Unfortuantely, choosing this company was a mistake. Beware!!!
